The ‘heart attack’ singer told the host: “This year…it’s been such a rollercoaster, honestly for me the beginning started out…I was on this trajectory to have a pretty eventful career and I was planning my comeback. Releasing the album. And honestly. What I can say is thank god. I did not release the album when I wanted to. Cause I had so much to experience.”
The ‘confident’ hitmaker explained: “The most important thing that I learned is how much I’m okay with myself and loving myself, It wasn’t until this year, I really started exploring things that bring joy to my life in little ways.”
Demi Lovato and Max started dating at the start of the March 2020 COVID-19 quarantine, and he ended up quickly moving into her place and spending lockdown with the singer. The pair confirmed their relationship by slow-dancing in Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s “Stuck With U” music video.
The actor proposed to Demi last July on the beach in Malibu. The ‘sorry not sorry’ singer happily accepted and wrote about their engagement on Instagram, she says: “I knew I loved you the moment I met you, and it was really something that I can’t describe …, I’ve never felt so unconditionally loved by someone in my life (other than my parents) flaws and all.
